基本内容
一、个人基本信息
即Personal Information。包括姓名，出生日期，性别，地址，联系电话和电子邮箱等。
1）西方人经常混淆姓与名，导致录取后发的I20表格上姓名颠倒。然后还得联系学校修改后再邮递过来，很麻烦。所以建议在简历或者填各种申请表格中采用姓% % =的汉语拼音都大写，名的汉语拼音仅首字母大写，姓与名的先后次序倒不重要。当然，还可以把自己的姓名及性别作为简历的标题如ZHANG。
2）在美国，出生日期的格式是月日年。如1987年5月28日出生，那么应填05/28/1987.
3）地址一定填准确，否则可能延误收到录取包裹。如果家庭住址不方便收包裹，可以在简历里分开写上mailin| L M h O H T ?gaddress（邮寄地址）和permanentaddress（家庭地址），这样学校一般会把包裹寄至mailingaddress。如果你住的是小巷小街，滨才留学专家建议不要翻译地址，直接使用拼音。
4）联系电话的话应该在电话钱加区号和国家好，用短横线隔开，城市区号前不加“0”，如北京座机格式是0086-10-63103650，而不是0086-010-63103650。
5）电子邮箱非常重要，一定留一个有效的，因为申请过程中邮件会成为你和学校间的主要沟通。
6）所获荣誉，即Honors。学术的和社会活动方面的荣誉都要写上去。包括获奖名称、获奖时间、发奖单位、奖励原因，可以简要说明获奖比例。如果中学时有与申请专业相关性强的突出奖项，应该也写进去。或者所获奖项总数量不多时，中学时有的特殊的奖项也可以添上去。
二、个人发表着作
即publisions。包括题目，作者，时间，杂志（包括页码）（中英文，以原发表为准）。
三、个人技能
即skills。按照与申请专业相关程度决定先后，联系越紧或越重要的技能一般放最前面。
四、其他
即others。包括标准化考试成绩，计算机水平，主要的实验技能，兴趣爱好等。如果留学语言分数不错的话，应重点强调，分列各单项成绩。兴趣爱好中如果有极限运动，登山赛车等体现冒险和创新精神的，可以重点介绍。
书写技巧
1、你的申请文书将会发给你所选择的5所学校，所以不要在文书中提及任何一所大学；
2、申请文书有字数限制：4000个字母或47行，包括空格及空行。推荐一个字数检查A d [ 8 x工具：Studential length checker；
3、确保你没有抄袭——UCAS有特殊的系统可以检查出来；
4、要在文书中展示出你对你所申请的学科十分感兴趣并足够了解；
5、请别人帮a K s 9 b l + J z忙校对语言，杜绝拼写及语法错误；
6、不要写——不需要介绍你的家庭如果这跟你所申请的科目没有关系；不需要介绍你成绩多好，成绩的好坏在UCAS上面都看得到；不要写“莎士比亚词”；不要写大话空话，不需要你升华主题，请单刀直入地切入主题！
7、不要写你从很小就有一个梦想balabala……这已经被用烂了！
